New numbers for a new house

Picture perfect

Privacy fence is double sided and wraps around back yard

Porch steps redone and walkway patched

Great views from the porch

I added in some beadboard trim to add visual interest in the foyer

Original doorway with mail slot installed

Grand Foyer

The downstairs foyer and hall showing the newly added beed board detail under the stairs, adding much needed visual pop. The three doors on right go to the lower level, coat closet in the middle and half bath at the end.

Original floors, windows and fireplace

French doors are on barn sliders to reclaim lost square footage. Side window and nook is a great place for a bench

Dining room rear wall with view of fenced back yard.

Dining room with original floors. I added in the wainscoting to add visual weight to the room.

We opened up the hall by taking out the low door to the kitchen. The three doors on the right lead to the fully renovated lower level, coat closet and half bath

Custom lights in lower and upper hallways

View from foyer

View from LR to DR

DR to kitchen. Plenty of space to create a snack bar here.

Open concept DR/Kitchen pass through with space for stools. Custom wine rack and party storage. Original rear door.

Looking into kitchen from central hallway.

Kitchen window showing the custom faucet, extra deep and insulated sink with disposal and period appropriate pendant light. We also added in LED under counter lighting.

Opening up the old extended pantry makes the kitchen super spacious. Counter depth Whirlpool Gallery fridge finds perfectly. Not the pot drawers in the middle.

Another view of old pantry with new farmhouse window we installed to accommodate the cabinet run.

Half Bath with bead board detail, new vanity, toilet, sink and lights.

Tile floor is a wood look that fools everyone in half bath

Stair hall light.

Door to hall bath is on a slider so as not to open into the hall or take up precious bathroom space. Great way to solve the problem and add some visual appeal

Hall Bath with custom medicine cabinet, delta faucets and custom tile

This is the niche in the tub between the studs and accented with floor tile.

Upstairs the fully redone hall bath has a new tub, tile, vanity and toilet. We added in bead board trim for a vintage appeal. The custom cut out in the shower is for storing shampoo and glass shelves will be added in. The window is covered with PVC wood that won’t rot or peel.

Master bath has wood floors and a subway tiled extra deep bath with corner storage shelves.

Master bath’s new double closet, super convenient.

Master bath with custom vanity, medicine cabinet and Kichler lighting

Lower Level hallway. To the right is the HVAC room and the laundry center. Straight down the hall is the new full bath.

Tile in Lower Level Bath

View out rear kitchen window to completely double privacy fence and totally renovated two car garage with newly poured slab and workbench.

Spacious backyard with newly laid topsoil! There are three parking spaces on the alley

New rear porch with period “Richmond Rail” and antique newel post/column.

Newly evened out lawn after it was trashed during renovation

Rear showing HVAC (dual zone) and reworked porch.

Rear of house

Period appropriate tin barn light

Newly poured floor in two car garage. Completely re wired with tons of outlets and wallboard installed

We saved the old kitchen to be used as a workbench in the garage.

Two new windows and tons of storage! All you need is a kegerator!
